As HR Business Partner,



you will serve as a key consultant for leadership teams within your assigned client groups. Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director, you will ensure the seamless implementation of HR strategies, standards, and policies. Although this is an individual contributor role, you will act as a critical bridge between business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive organizational excellence and associate engagement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Strategic Advisory: Provide leadership with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations regarding organizational structure, compensation, and performance management to support high-level decision-making.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders to assess future talent needs, identifying critical skill gaps and resource requirements to ensure long-term business continuity.
