What we are looking for
We are looking for a Director of Sales to own and drive the commercial performance of SHA Mexico, someone who will take full ownership of the property's revenue and occupancy targets across all customer-acquisition verticals: Leisure & Trade, Consortia, Ambassadors,
Business Development & Partnerships, Corporate, Groups & Retreats, Affiliation and Direct. This is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role for a proactive, results-oriented professional who can lead a high-performing on-site sales team while building and converting both trade (B2B) and direct (B2C) demand.
Beyond commercial results, we are looking for someone with a strong network and proven track record in luxury hospitality across the Americas, who works in seamless coordination with operations and the corporate commercial organization, and who brings the discipline to operate with rigorous reporting and systems usage. You will embody SHA's luxury and wellness positioning in every interaction with clients, trade partners and colleagues.
