Our client, a integral leader in implantable hearing solutions, is looking for a Marketing Manager – Mexico to lead the execution of the local marketing strategy and contribute to the growth and positioning of the company in the Mexican market.

We are looking for a hands-on, self-driven, highly organized professional with strong relationship-building skills who can combine marketing expertise with excellent execution and follow-through.

You will be responsible for translating regional and global marketing strategies into relevant initiatives for the Mexican market, working closely with Sales, Medical and Clinical teams, Product Management, Finance, Regional Marketing, and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
Execute and adapt the marketing strategy for the Mexican market.
Lead marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand positioning initiatives.
Plan and coordinate medical events, congresses, forums, and medical education activities.
Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners.
Manage the local marketing budget and track spending and results.




Develop marketing materials and tools to support sales, clinical teams, and healthcare professionals.
Coordinate digital marketing initiatives and campaigns targeting patients/candidates and other key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competition, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and strengthen relationships with insurance companies and other key healthcare stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Regional and Global Marketing teams.
Ensure local initiatives comply with brand, regulatory, and quality guidelines.

What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
Experience executing marketing campaigns, product launches, medical events, and congresses.
Experience managing agencie
