WE ARE HIRING: Plant Director / Factory Manager
Location: El Bajío or Monterrey Region (On-site)
Compensation: $160,000 – $280,000 MXN Gross/Month + Industrial Perks
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

With the production boom in automotive, aerospace, and advanced electronics, factory downtime is not an option. We are looking for an elite Plant Director to take full P&L; ownership of a high-output manufacturing facility.

What you will do:
• Lead full plant operations, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to hit strict international output quotas.
• Maximize efficiency and output under tight local resource and utility constraints.
• Maintain a high-performance,



safe culture on the factory floor while driving continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).

What you must bring:
• Direct, heavy-industry experience running a Tier-1 or Tier-2 advanced manufacturing plant.
• Proven management of a workforce footprint of 500+ employees and full facility P&L; ownership.
• Bi-cultural leadership style—100% comfortable reporting to an overseas C-suite while managing local operational realities.
