Lead the banking strategy and chargeback management function within the eCommerce Fraud Prevention ecosystem. Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytical models to identify growth and risk opportunities, enabling data-driven decisions that maximize business profitability while minimizing fraud exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, design, and implement innovative analytical solutions to strengthen eCommerce fraud prevention capabilities.Identify, assess, and mitigate fraud risks through the proactive deployment of real-time predictive solutions.Oversee the development and optimization of data-driven business strategies focused on reducing fraud losses and minimizing false positives.Design and execute A/B testing initiatives to validate and continuously improve fraud prevention strategies.Partner with general teams to define priorities,
align objectives, and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.Collaborate closely with Risk Management and strategic stakeholders to enhance predictive models and decisioning frameworks.Drive process automation and operational efficiency while managing large-scale data environments.Engage effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders, presenting business recommendations and strategic insights.Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to communicate analytical findings and business performance.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Experience
5+ years of experience in analytics-driven risk management functions.5+ years of experience at fraud prevention management2+ years of leadership experience managing teams and strategic initiatives.3+ years of hands-on
