TALENT ACQUISITION & RECRUITMENT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, an international manufacturing company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations Specialist to support recruitment operations, internal talent mobility, workforce planning, candidate experience, and the performance of external Recruitment Process Outsourcing partners at its Monterrey facility.
This position serves as the primary operational liaison between Human Resources, hiring managers, plant leadership, internal candidates, and external recruiting partners. The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, monitoring provider performance, maintaining hiring metrics, standardizing processes, and supporting the facility’s staffing objectives and growth plans.
The idóneo candidate has experience in manufacturing recruitment, high-volume hiring, recruitment operations, and the management of Recruitment Process Outsourcing providers, staffing agencies,



or external recruiting vendors.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of five years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or a related recruiting function within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
- Experience managing Recruitment Process Outsourcing providers, staffing agencies, recruiting firms, or other external recruiting vendors.
- Experience monitoring vendor performance and service delivery.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Availability for domestic and international travel of up to 10%.
