Expense Audit & Compliance Analyst Queretaro, Mexico. This role includes accurate and timely auditing of expenses and responding to Expense Compliance queries. The Analyst will work closely with internal employees, Executive and Administrative Assistants (EAs/AAs) who support the Firm's Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors (PPMDs), resolving expense compliance and reimbursement matters by ensuring employees' compliance/adherence to the Firm's expense and reimbursement policies. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Firm's Expense and Reimbursement Policies. Perform analytical audits to identify instances of non-compliance, spending patterns, unusual data trends, and potential fraud/abuse. Research discrepancies identified during audit, determine an appropriate course of action for resolving issues based on results of the audit. Follow-up on results of review and analysis; Own and deliver responsibilities with quality and within the required timeline. Timely response to customer queries related to expense compliance.
