Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Security Consultant to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of security within SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and SAP S/4HANA environments. The adecuado candidate will have strong expertise in SAP security concepts, role-based access control, and compliance, ensuring secure and efficient access across enterprise systems.




This role requires close collaboration with functional and technical teams to support ongoing projects, system enhancements, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain security roles and authorizations for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and access requests.
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and ensure compliance with internal security policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve authorization, role, and access-related issues.
- Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and security enhancement initiatives.
- Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure secure, compliant, and appropriate system access.
- Maintain security documentation, role matrices, and process documentation.
