Job Summary: Sales Representative (Placement Specialist) As a Placement Specialist, you are the engine of our sales funnel. Your goal is simple: Convert high-potential talent into successful international placements. You will manage a pipeline of Mexican hospitality students, acting as a persuasive consultant who overcomes objections, builds urgency, and closes the deal.

The Sales-Driven Requirements Sales DNA: 1-3 years of experience in high-volume Sales, Recruitment, or Business Development with a proven "closer" track record. Market Expertise: A graduate of a top Mexican hospitality program who can leverage their network to build immediate trust. CRM Mastery: You live in HubSpot/Salesforce.
