Workday SCM Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday SCM Consultant to join a strategic enterprise transformation initiative. This role requires hands-on experience with Workday Supply Chain Management solutions and the ability to support complex client environments with advanced configurations and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and optimize Workday SCM modules, including:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Strategic Sourcing
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support system testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Provide functional expertise and best practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Workday SCM experience .
- Proven expertise in Procurement,



Inventory Management, and/or Strategic Sourcing.
- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
- Experience working in complex Workday environments with advanced configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred
- Workday certifications are a plus.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale Workday implementations or optimization projects.
