Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or support periodic IT Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, including planning, execution, and post-test activities.
- Partner with IT DR Leads and key business stakeholders to develop DR exercise reports, identify gaps,



and drive remediation actions.
- Act as a DR advocate to ensure Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) include complete recovery procedures and application configurations to restore business operations at the DR site or alternate region.
- Participates in gap analysis on DRP documentation to identify improvements opportunities and collaborate in the implementation of corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development of business cases for automation initiatives aimed at improving IT DR processes efficiency, reducing risk, enhancing resiliency, and lowering operational costs.
- Monitor, track, and report on IT Disaster Recovery service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in post-disaster reviews to drive continuous improvements to IT DR capabilities.
