We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and execution-oriented Trade Marketing Associate Manager to join our Professional Beauty team in Mexico.

This role is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that accelerate sustainable growth,



strengthen brand presence, and improve commercial performance across direct customers, distributors, and key professional beauty channels.

The Associate Manager will act as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams, translating brand and commercial priorities into effective customer and channel plans. The role will also be responsible for identifying business opportunities through performance analysis, optimizing the trade marketing mix, and ensuring the timely and effective execution of launches, promotions, visibility initiatives, and distribution plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute customer and channel specific trade marketing plans for the Professional Beauty portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand strategies, commercial priorities, and business objectives.
