We are seeking a highly motivated and talented UX/UI Designer to join our fast-paced and innovative digital marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping exceptional user experiences across multiple website projects. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with creative leadership, project managers, designers, and developers to understand project goals, user requirements, and design specifications
- Create wireframes to later translate designs into responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces
- Design and develop visually appealing websites, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Develop and maintain a consistent and cohesive UI design system, ensuring brand guidelines and design patterns are followed across all digital platforms
- Create interactive prototypes and user flows to visualize and validate design concepts and functionality
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, icons,
and illustrations)
- Proactively report to our internal Project Manager and manage your schedule to ensure all deadlines are met.
Who You Are
- Experienced with UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to implement user‑centric design solutions
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile‑first design principles, with an emphasis on optimizing user experiences across various devices and screen sizes
- A true team player who can work closely with others
- A keen eye for detail, while combining functionality and aesthetics
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Ability to work on other design‑related projects, which can be more focused on graphic or editorial design.
- Multi‑tasking and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
