Confidential Opportunity | Distribution Coordinator
We're looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join a integral manufacturing company and lead distribution and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead daily warehouse and distribution activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate logistics operations with cross-functional teams including Planning, Production, Quality, Transportation and Customer Service.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise warehouse personnel, promote a strong safety culture and support team development.
- Monitor transportation performance, inventory flow and shipping accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with trade,
customs and distribution processes while meeting customer requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
Experience leading warehouse, distribution or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of transportation, inventory management and import/export processes.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
Advanced English.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
