About the Role We are looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to support our Pricing and Billing teams. This position is adecuado for someone interested in developing strong analytical and administrative skills within a back‑office logistics environment. You will play a key role in data accuracy, invoice preparation, and pricing support, helping ensure billing processes run efficiently and correctly. ? Key Responsibilities 1.
Accurately transfer data from reports into spreadsheets
- Track trailer utilization and prepare detention invoices for customers
- Cross‑check rate confirmations against shipment orders to ensure accurate billing

Billing and Pricing specialists with daily tasks to improve team productivity
- Support bid processing using pricing and bid management platforms
- Review, analyze, and organize billing, pricing, and trailer documentation
- Perform trailer tracking and detection using Excel
- Support pricing‑related tasks ?️ Technical Skills & Requirements - Intermediate Excel skills (required)
- 10‑key data entry experience (required)
- Ability to download, review, and interpret documents (rates, pricing, trailer data, etc.)
- Strong experience tracking and organizing data in spreadsheets
- Logistics or transportation experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a back‑office environment
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
