- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 8 years experience in customer service/program management.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
- Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
