Team Overview





We're looking for a data-driven Finance Business Partner to act as the financial navigator for our Delivery business. This is not a back-office accounting role — it's a strategic partnership position.

You will embed yourself with the Operations, Growth, and Marketing teams running our B2C and C2C delivery verticals, understand how their decisions move the P&L;, and make sure every dollar of spend and incentive is tied to a measurable outcome. Delivery runs on millions of transactions, and the person in this seat is expected to go get the data and build the answer — not wait for a report.

The idóneo candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and unafraid to ask hard questions. You'll build strong relationships with business stakeholders while keeping the independence to challenge proposals, flag risks, and enforce financial discipline.
