Velocharge is expanding its advanced EV infrastructure footprint into Mexico. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Co-Founder & Head of Sales (Mexico) to spearhead our commercial rollout.

This is a part-time, remote position based in Mexico (ideally Mexico City or Monterrey) for a strategic builder who can secure high-end private property partnerships and scale our B2B recurring software ecosystem.

Compensation Structure: This is an entrepreneurial co-founder track. There is no base salary or upfront fixed income. Compensation is structured strictly as performance-based equity and revenue-share commissions, unlocked once commercial milestones are proven and closed.

What You Will Do

- Drive B2B Pipeline: Identify, qualify, and close high-end commercial, luxury residential (HOA), and hospitality parking accounts.
- Pitch the Software Edge: Position our Private Parkings EV Charging Platform: billing and dynamic load-management software as a premium property amenity.
- Lead Local Go-To-Market: Conduct localized market research to target premium real estate micro-markets (e.g., Polanco, Santa Fe, San Pedro Garza García).
- Execute Full Sales Cycle: Lead client meetings, engineer tailored commercial proposals, and negotiate property contracts.
- Collaborate Internationally: Partner with technical teams to deploy imported hardware and ensure seamless software integration.
- Shape Corporate Strategy: Act as a local co-founder, defining regional product-market fit and local marketing initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

- B2B Sales Mastery: Proven track record in lead generation, contract negotiation,



and complex deal-closing within technology, real estate, or energy sectors in Mexico.
- Pure Entrepreneurial Drive: Comfortable working in a high-upside, sweat-equity environment where your income directly reflects your closed contracts.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical capabilities to map customer needs, evaluate grid constraints, and drive data-backed commercial decisions.
- Elite Communicator: Ability to present solutions clearly to diverse real estate stakeholders.
- Regional Native: Deep familiarity with the Mexican commercial real estate market, corporate decision-makers, and local business networks.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish with professional-grade working English for seamless alignment with international partners.

Who We Are Looking For: Not a passive advisor or a collaborator who expects a roadmap handed to them. We need a highly-proactive, resilient builder who thrives in ambiguity and executes relentlessly. As a co-founder, you must possess the grit to knock on doors, navigate complex real estate boards, and push deals across the finish line no matter the obstacles or initial rejections. If you require a safety net, fixed corporate structures, or constant direction to stay motivated, this role is not for you. We need an absolute self-starter who looks at a closed door and anyways finds a way scale our footprint in Mexico.

Preferred Background

- Experience in Energy/renewable energy, property management, or commercial technology integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent practical B2B business development experience in Mexico.
