THE POSITION
The General Manager - Mexico & North LATAM will have full responsibility for the region’s commercial development and manufacturing operations, including complete P&L; accountability.
This is a hybrid operational-commercial leadership role requiring a proven ability to grow revenue, develop markets, strengthen customer and distributor relationships, and lead a manufacturing operation with a strong focus on safety, quality, service, cost, and delivery.




The General Manager will define and execute the regional strategy while ensuring close alignment between sales, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, human resources, and the company’s global leadership team.
