- Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, FP&A;, or corporate finance (preferably within manufacturing or automotive industries).
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting concepts (Cost per Unit, variance analysis, labor/overhead absorption, inventory, and scrap control).
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and budget preparation.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact with cross-functional plant teams.
- Language: Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for regional and integral reporting.
