EPAM Systems is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to be the main client contact for AMS services aligned with ITIL and SLA/KPI commitments. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, lead critical incident responses, and drive continuous operational improvement across support, development, and infrastructure groups.
You will own governance for SLA, KPI, and OLA, escalate and restore services, and produce executive-level reports.
