Role Description This full-time on-site Coach role, based in México, Mexico, focuses on supporting individuals and teams in achieving performance, development, and well-being goals. The Coach will conduct regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions, using structured methodologies to help participants set objectives, track progress, and build new skills. Daily responsibilities include assessing needs, preparing session materials, documenting outcomes, and following up with action plans. The Coach will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align coaching programs with organizational priorities, provide feedback on training initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of coaching practices. This role also involves maintaining professional boundaries, respecting confidentiality, and fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for all participants.
Qualifications
Ability to design and deliver effective coaching sessions focused on goal-setting, performance improvement, and personal development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust,



listen actively, and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Experience in training, mentoring, or facilitation, preferably in organizational, educational, or sports contexts.
Capacity to assess needs, analyze progress data, and adjust coaching strategies to meet individual and group objectives.
Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and the ability to work respectfully with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple coaching engagements, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.
Professional certification in coaching, counseling, education, sports science, or a related field is highly beneficial.
Working proficiency in Spanish; English skills are an advantage for broader communication and documentation.
Comfort with basic digital tools (email, office software, online scheduling platforms) to support planning and reporting.
