- The role oversees technical training, professionalization, and workforce capability development, ensuring effective training execution for hourly and skilled trades employees.
- Partnering with HR, Operations, Union and Launch Teams, this position drives training strategy, compliance, and launch success through standardized processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, manage, and monitor the plant's Technical, Leadership, and Functional Training strategy, ensuring workforce capability development aligns with operational objectives.
- Responsible for identifying training needs, deploying learning plans, tracking completion and effectiveness metrics.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Ford Operating Systems
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Expertise problem solving, data analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Professional English proficiency required.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to develop, engage, and lead teams in achieving business objectives while fostering a culture of learning,
