Help bring beautiful spaces from concept to reality.

We're looking for a Design Assistant to support residential and commercial design projects from concept through completion. You'll work closely with the design team to coordinate vendors, prepare presentations and documents, track project details, and help keep projects moving forward.

What You'll Do

- Support residential and commercial design projects from concept to completion.
- Review architectural drawings and assist with take-offs.
- Create mood boards, client presentations, and purchasing documents.
- Coordinate with designers, renderers, drafters, contractors, and other project partners.
- Source materials, communicate with vendors, and track orders.
- Help manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist with client communications and project updates.
- Ensure designs align with project requirements and construction feasibility.
- Support social media and marketing efforts to showcase completed projects.

What You'll Bring





- 2+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, construction, project coordination, or a related field.
- Understanding of residential and/or commercial design projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and design plans.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Photoshop experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and priorities.

Experience working with renderers, consultants, vendors, or contractors is highly valued.
