Sitting at the intersection of business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, you'll be a trusted advisor to our customers — driving their AI strategies, creating AI adoption roadmaps,



and designing AI agent concepts and specifications. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with AI engineers, product, solution engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure agents are deployed, scaled, and delivering high ROI to our customers' businesses.Responsibilities:Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify potential opportunities for AI use cases.Gain a deep understanding of each customer's domain and business processes to prioritize the most impactful AI use cases, based on business impact and technical feasibility.Translate business problems and opportunities into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals, with success metrics and guardrails.Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows around them — removing repetitive work, unlocking new possibilities.Define how AI agents integrate with enterprise systems — CRM, ERP,
