Main Duties & Responsibilities

As a Global Product Manager within TriMas Packaging, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product
portfolio on a integral scale. You will be responsible
for developing and executing product strategies to meet market needs, driving
innovation, and maximizing profitability. This role requires a combination of
strategic thinking, market analysis & insight, and exceptional
cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of our products now and
into the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy Development:
- Develop &
execute comprehensive product vision & strategies aligned to the company's
overall objectives & market trends.
- Conduct market research, competitor &




supplier analysis, & customer feedback to identify opportunities for
product differentiation & innovation.
- Define product positioning, pricing
strategies, and go-to-market plans to maximize market penetration and
profitability.
- Define and oversee operational plans to
support sales teams incl comms &
positioning, collateral, samples, sell sheets etc

Product Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from
concept to end-of-life, including new product development, launch planning, and
product rationalisation. Illustrate via product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
including R&D;, manufacturing, sales, PMO & GMs to ensure timely and
successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance and market
trends, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and drive
continuous improvement.
