Job Summary
The Senior Production & Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, designing, specifying,
and documenting systems focused on Product and Process Quality Assurance. This role supports the actions required to ensure products and processes meet and exceed customer expectations and specifications.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Drive customer quality claim reduction and Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) reduction initiatives.
- Administer Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Manage product engineering changes and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates.
- Support and execute cost reduction processes.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a similar field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Quality Management System (QMS) implementation experience.
- Quality Assurance knowledge.
