As a Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring an exceptional consumer experience while delivering commercial and operational excellence. You will be responsible for coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving sales results, managing store operations, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

This role combines people leadership, retail operations, customer engagement, and commercial execution to achieve sustainable business growth.

Your Day-to-Day

Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail professionals.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on consumer experience, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback,



and development opportunities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Drive Sales and Commercial Performance
- Deliver store sales objectives and drive business growth.
- Support the team in engaging consumers and identifying sales opportunities.
- Monitor sales trends and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Implement action plans to improve store performance and achieve business targets.
- Promote a customer-centric culture that supports conversion, loyalty, and repeat purchases.

Manage Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Manage inventory levels, stock availability, replenishment activities, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
