How you'll make an impact
- Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives.
- Guide, coach, and develop production team members to maximize performance and engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators including productivity, efficiency, scrap, and downtime.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve production, equipment, and quality issues through effective problem-solving.
