Role Description This full-time, on-site Ejecutivo de venta y asesoría de seguros role at Andres y Cía. is based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. The position focuses on advising clients on insurance products, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable policy options in a clear and professional manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, conducting follow-up calls and meetings, preparing quotes, and processing applications and renewals.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in company systems, coordinating with internal teams to resolve policy or claims inquiries, and meeting sales and service targets. The ejecutivo is expected to build long-term client relationships, stay current on insurance offerings and regulations, and participate in training and local promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in insurance sales, advisory, or a related commercial role, with a strong client-service orientation.
- Solid knowledge of insurance concepts and products (e.g., life, health, auto, property) and willingness to stay updated on market and regulatory changes.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Effective negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to work toward defined sales goals while maintaining ethical and client-focused practices.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client cases, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Comfort using office software and CRM or policy management systems to document interactions and track opportunities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality in handling client information.
- Completed high school education; a technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in Spanish; basic English skills are beneficial.
- Availability to work on-site in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, and to attend occasional client visits or local events.
