Job Purpose and Impact

The Strategic Marketing & Technology Lead will develop strategy and lead the execution of strategic marketing and product line activities for the swine nutrition business in Mexico. In this role, you will lead a team that connects customer and market needs with category management, nutrition, technical and portfolio capabilities to strengthen innovation, value capture and integrated solutions across people,



products and platforms.
You will translate market insights, customer needs and technical fundamentals into portfolio priorities, product updates, value propositions, go-to-market initiatives and commercial growth opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

• Advise on the preparation and coordination of product introductions, product updates, portfolio initiatives and innovation opportunities.
• Evaluate market, customer, competitive and technical insights to identify business opportunities and enhancements to current products, services and solutions.
• Lead category management, nutrition and strategic marketing capabilities to shape portfolio strategy, innovation priorities, product lifecycle decisions and value capture initiatives.
