We're looking for a Junior CRO Specialist to help turn customer insight into revenue-driving wins across digital storefronts. You'll fuel a fast-paced experimentation program, running more A/B tests, faster, across Paid, International, and other key areas of the business.

Day to day, you'll live close to the data and the customer — spotting friction, forming hypotheses, and pushing ideas from concept to live test. This is an entry-level role for someone hungry to learn, comfortable without a perfect playbook,



and excited by how small, tested changes add up to big results.

What You'll Do
- Test Execution & Support: Help build, QA, and launch A/B and multivariate tests across DTC and international storefronts, moving ideas from concept to live experiment quickly.
- Data & Customer Insight: Pull and review performance data, session recordings, and customer feedback to surface friction points and support test hypotheses with evidence.
- Experiment Pipeline Management: Keep the testing roadmap moving — track test status, timelines, and next steps so no experiment stalls, including providing coverage during PTO, leave, and shifting priorities.
- Cross-Team Support: Field and support experimentation requests from Paid, International, and other teams, translating their goals into clear, testable ideas.
