Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization. This role will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment pipeline, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant records, and delivering a positive candidate experience while helping the company attract top talent.

screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support timely recruitment across multiple departments.
- Coordinate offer letters, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
