We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex hospitality development projects across the Caribbean, with a focus on Jamaica.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in hotel construction and stakeholder management, capable of driving end-to-end delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle project delivery, from pre-construction through handover
- Manage general contractors, consultants, and vendors across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee budget control, capital expenditure approvals, and cost estimate reviews
- Ensure construction quality and compliance with international hospitality standards
