Ensure the availability of services, production equipment, and facilities, and/or cafeteria and transportation, through the coordination of maintenance, operations, and suppliers, providing efficient solutions to the company's requirements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Ensure the continuous operation and availability of services and equipment through the coordination of maintenance, suppliers, and operations, where activities may involve one or more of these functions.

Drive improvement strategies that enhance the employee experience while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and legal requirements, as applicable, and monitor performance (KPIs), budget, and internal customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.

2 years of experience with CMMS maintenance system (IE, Maximo, MP2, Infor).
Strong adaptability and collaboration.
