YOUR ROLE
- Support the design and development of Chassis & Engine Systems components, by analyzing technical specifications, engineering drawings, CAD data, and Bills of Material (BOM) throughout the vehicle development lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support RFQs, engineering changes, technical reviews, and benchmarking activities for chassis and engine-related commodities.
- Develop basic to intermediate costing and “Should Cost” analyses, evaluating the cost impact of design decisions, materials, and manufacturing processes,



and supporting cost optimization initiatives.
- Provide technical and cost-related input to support supplier negotiations, cost gap analysis, and commodity strategies using internal costing methodologies and databases.

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering or Technical Design roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Experience in the design or development of Chassis & Engine Systems, including one or more of the following areas: Braking Systems, Exhaust Systems or Engine Cooling Modules.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, such as machining, casting, stamping, welding, and assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong interest and willingness to learn and perform Costing activities.
