Job Description
General description:
- Analyze products (electrical) with comprehensive and correct analysis results (quality and timing)
- Provide technical support to warranty analysis lab technicians
- Systematic failure overview using warranty analysis database to create analysis troubleshoot guide
- Participate in digitalization projects (plant and QMM projects)
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Product Failure Analysis
- Customer claims analysis (electrical) according to test flow approved by Lead Plant.
- Test equipment SW/HW setup/installation
- Communication with Development team for special analysis/Defect Not Found cases/new equipment
- Continuous technical learning on current and new products
- Detect trends on repetitive failures and report it to customer interfaces
- Determine responsibility of defect cause of the customer returns (external/internal)
- Usage of Hardware and Software diagnostics tools (CANAlizer, CANoe tools, etc)
- Usage of electrical schematics and Gerber files for PC boards
- Compliance of internal KPIs regarding analysis time and quality according with Bosch directives
- Test Equipment procurement
- Create analysis report for each customer claim
Digitalization
- Participate in plant and QMM digitalization projects
- Use of IA digital tools to detect failure known modes
- Support JuP1 digitalization projects (i.e. SW implementation, bot/RPA creation,etc)
Qualifications
Working Experience:
>2 years of professional experience in failure diagnostic (preferred), product/test engineering, preferably in automotive industry.
Bachelor Degree: Electronics, Electrical, Digital Systems, Elect
