What You’ll Be Doing:
• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for production lines
• Support new product launches, equipment buy-off, and process validation activities
• Analyze and resolve process and product issues using root cause methodologies
• Lead and update process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Flow Diagrams)
• Coordinate and participate in APQP activities and cross-functional teams (CFT)
• Monitor process performance (efficiency, scrap, PPM) and drive improvements
• Conduct line balancing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support engineering change processes and process updates
• Validate process conditions after changes (maintenance, new equipment, tooling)
• Lead corrective and preventive actions related to customer complaints and audits
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems
