We are looking for a Technical Presales Manager to join us as a technical director, responsible for leading technical presales and supporting Business Development initiatives, acting as the key technical reference for our clients across LATAM and the USA
Role Responsibilities:
- Participate as the technical lead in high-value services, working alongside multidisciplinary profiles and maintaining direct interaction with clients.
- Business development and technical presales. You will participate in the preparation of presales activities and client presentations showcasing the integral and specific capabilities of knowmad mood. You will collaborate with the business development team in the implementation of PoCs and pilot solutions,



and accompany the Commercial and Business Development Directors in client and prospect visits, representing the company from a technical perspective and contributing to the generation of new business opportunities.
- Promote best practices and infrastructure for the execution of development projects (development ecosystem: code repositories, IaC, etc.).
- Participate in different events representing knowmad mood, acting as a technical extension of the company’s leadership.
- Coordinate and provide technical leadership in presales and services when more than one technological community is involved.
- Participate in technical strategy meetings with representatives from different technology communities to identify synergies and define technical strategies.
- Propose new initiatives and technically lead them in collaboration with other Technical Leaders and members of the Expert Center from other communities.
