Education:

Main responsibilities of the position:
Responsible for overseeing the welding operations in a manufacturing environment.
This role involves supervising a team of welders, ensuring the quality and efficiency of welding processes, and maintaining a safe working environment.
The Welding Line Supervisor collaborates with manufacturing engineers and quality control personnel to meet production goals, maintain product quality, and improve welding techniques.
Main job-specific requirements / skills:
- Strong background in various welding techniques and processes.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of welding equipment, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and motivate team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Optional:
