Job Description

Primary Function of Position:
Achieve along with a functional team,



performance goals for Production Area. The goals will include Safety Incidents, Absenteeism, Turnover, PL, DN, NCR, Scrap, Prod Plan, Efficiency, Hour’s accuracy, Down time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform Interviews, Hire, Onboarding (Provide Expectations) and train, reward, recognition and discipline, manage conflicts on direct reports.
- Responsible for discipline enforcement and follow up with low performance Supervisors.
- Ensure completion of All training ISU related for associates under his supervision.
- Train, develop, enforce adherence to the applicable DOPs and SOPs of the EHS System, Quality System, as well as the Manufacturing Guidelines.
- Follow up employees with coaching and provide feedback based in goals and expectations when is required.
- Assign and manage workload to monitor their employee’s development plan.
- Write and conduct formal annual performance reviews & monthly One:One proce
