This is NOT a traditional Marketing Manager position.
If your experience is mainly focused on branding, communications, PR, social media posting, graphic design or event coordination, this position is probably not the right fit for you.
We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing professional who has successfully generated measurable business growth through digital marketing.
Minimum Requirements
✅ 3+ years of proven experience in B2B Growth Marketing or Demand Generation.
✅ Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display and Remarketing).
✅ Strong SEO knowledge, including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, content strategy and performance analysis.
✅ Experience using HubSpot (or Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Marketo / Pardot) for CRM, lead nurturing and marketing automation.
✅ Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
✅ Experience managing LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
✅ Experience creating and optimizing landing pages to improve conversion rates.
✅ Experience managing lead generation campaigns, marketing funnels and conversion optimization.
✅ Ability to analyze marketing performance using KPIs such as:
CPL
CPA
ROAS
CAC
MQL
SQL
Conversion Rate
ROI
✅ Experience working closely with a sales team to generate qualified business opportunities.
✅ Fluent Spanish and professional English.
