Profile/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR SSCSolid knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirementsExperience working with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors preferred)English is required
Main Responsibilities

Employee Relations & HR Operations
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiriesHandle day-to-day employee relations matters and provide HR guidanceSupport onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle processesEnsure compliance with Mexican labor law and internal company policiesMaintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation
Payroll &
Benefits Administration
Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processingValidate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions,
etc.)Support statutory benefits administration (IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.)Assist in bonus, incentive, and other compensation-related processesSupport payroll audits and reporting requirements
HR Processes & Policy Implementation
Execute and standardize HR operational processes (hire, transfer, termination, etc.)Support implementation and localization of HR policies and proceduresEnsure HR operations align with corporate governance and compliance requirementsContinuously improve HR workflows and operational efficiency.
- Success Factor Management
Maintain and update employee data in SAP SuccessFactorsSupport system workflows, approvals, and organizational structure updatesEnsure HR data accuracy, integrity, and complianceProvide basic system support and user guidance to employees and managersParticipate in HRIS optimization and digitalization initiatives
- Cross-location HR SSC Support
Provide shared HR services support for both Mexico City and Querétaro operationsEnsure consistent HR service delivery across locationsCollaborate with local HR, Finance, and business teamsSupport regional HR SSC projects and process standardization initiatives
