Role Overview
The Director, Technology Delivery plays a critical role in advancing Coca‑Cola's Digital Transformation by ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of digital and technology products that drive measurable business outcomes. This role bridges strategy and execution, translating digital priorities into scalable, reliable, and value‑driven technology deployments across functions and operating units.

Operating within a product‑centric and domain aligned model, this leader is responsible for orchestrating delivery across complex, cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards, data and technology architecture, and transformation objectives. Success in this role requires a balance of execution excellence, stakeholder partnership, and the ability to embed agile, data‑driven ways of working that accelerate value realization.

This role partners closely with product leaders, digital domain teams, general technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions at scale, while continuously improving delivery models, governance,



and performance visibility.

- Translate strategic digital roadmaps into executable delivery plans, aligning cross‑functional teams around clear priorities, milestones, and success metrics
- Drive adoption of product‑centric, agile, and DevOps delivery practices, embedding continuous improvement, speed, and accountability into technology execution
- Orchestrate delivery across multiple teams, vendors, and geographies, managing dependencies, risks, and interconnections to enable seamless execution at scale
- Partner with product, data, and business leaders to ensure solutions are user‑centric, data‑enabled, and aligne
