Kohler Co. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide engineering support to production areas. This onsite role focuses on Lean improvements, process optimization, and implementing Kohler Operating System (KOS) principles to meet production and cost objectives.
Adecuado candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2–4 years of lean manufacturing experience. Strong Windows software skills and bilingual ability are preferred.
