Mondelez International is seeking a line maintenance leader to own equipment technology, maintenance, and process settings for a production line. You will drive preventive maintenance, performance metrics, and cost control while building team capability.
You will collaborate with the Asset & Reliability teams to improve reliability, evaluate breakdowns, and implement improvements across the line. Excellent leadership and hands-on TPM experience are required.
