Employment Type: Contract (Full-Time or Part-Time) About the Role We are hiring Medical Virtual Assistants in Latin America to support U.S.-based healthcare providers. This role is idóneo for candidates with medical, clinical, or healthcare administrative experience who want long-term, stable remote work with U.S. clients. You will work directly with healthcare professionals and administrative teams to support daily medical operations while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities - Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars - Communicate with patients via phone, email, and patient portals - Update and maintain Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) - Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorizations - Support billing, claims follow-up, and documentation - Prepare intake forms, medical reports,
