We are seeking a qualified U.S.-licensed attorney to join our team in a remote, part-time capacity . The ideal candidate will either:
- Be bilingual in Spanish , or
- Have experience practicing in SSDI law .
You’ll work closely with our client's legal team to review and edit case documents, legal briefs, and supporting materials prior to submission . This position offers adaptable hours, a steady workload, and the potential to expand to full-time (40 hours/week) based on caseload and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, edit, and finalize legal documents and briefs for submission.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and court requirements.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to maintain consistency and quality in filings.
- Provide insights and recommendations for case improvement where applicable.

Qualifications
- Active U.S. Bar Membership in at least one state (required).
- Experience in SSDI law or fluency in Spanish (required — either qualification acceptable).
- Strong legal writing, editing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage workload independently while meeting deadlines.
- Must reside outside the U.S. (overseas candidates preferred).

- Hours: 30 hours per week (option to increase to 40 based on caseload)
