Job Description:
Position: Travel RN - L&D;
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: San Jose, CA
Unit Information:
Unit Type: L&D;
Number of Beds: 10
Number of Staff: 120
Day Shift Team Composition:
1 Charge Nurse
3 RNs
2 CNAs
1-3 Sitters
Night Shift Team Composition: Same as Day Shift
Patient Ratios: Per CA Title 22
Equipment: Meditech/CPN
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Labor and Delivery
Certifications: BLS
Skills:
Deliveries (Vaginal and C-Sections)
Other Labor and Delivery OR related cases
Personality Fit: Must be a team player
Work Environment:
Dress Code: Standard Scrubs
Weekends: Rotating weekends based on CBA
Floating Areas: Potential for floating as required
