About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NALA Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Process Advisor to drive continuous process improvement initiatives across the North and Latin America (NALA) region. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, coach, and trainer, championing a culture of operational excellence. You will partner with business leaders to evaluate process maturity and guide LSS candidates through successful project execution and certification.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentorship & Coaching: Serve as the primary mentor for LSS certification candidates and project leaders. Coach teams through the practical application of Lean tools, DMAIC methodologies, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Training & Enablement: Design, organize,

and conduct engaging training sessions for Yellow Belt candidates. Continuously evaluate and pursue improvements in the training process, materials, and delivery methods.
- Kaizen Facilitation: Plan, lead, and facilitate high-impact Kaizen events across various business units to drive rapid and sustainable process improvements.
- Process Maturity Assessment: Collaborate closely with cross-functional business counterparts to assess current process maturity levels, identify gaps, and develop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement, fostering a culture of problem-solving and efficiency throughout the NALA region.
- Key Quality Tools: Practical mastery of VSM (Value Stream Mapping), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Ishikawa diagrams (Root Cause Analysis), 5S, Kanban, and Poka-Yoke

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or a dedicated Lean Six Sigma role.
- Certification: An advanced, highly experienced Green Belt is strongly preferred.
- Training Skills: Demonstrated experience in developing training materials, leading workshops, and conducting Kaizen events.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kanban, DMAIC).
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships, influence without direct authority, and work effectively with business leaders and cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a strong plus given the NALA regional scope.

A professional with a highly experienced Green Belt, strong in Kaizen facilitation, with a proven track record of training and mentoring, who excels at end-to-end process mapping, and possesses a mindset focused on digitization and customer success within a regional technology ecosystem.
